“I came in to Tj Maxx a couple days ago for the very first time, and one of the associates working, I think her name was Rylie, she was working in women’s. She was very helpful, kind, and sweet. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I will be coming back again!”
“I wish I could give 20 stars for the employees in the men's suits department. They were so helpful and patient with my husband, who was looking for a suit for a beach wedding in October. They helped him with sizing and the color he was looking for, and recommended a shirt color and accessories to coordinate. At other stores in the mall he was just pointed to a few racks and not helped at all.”

“Stopped by recently for a few things, Burlington always has good deals and was very happy with my purchases. My cashier Shirley was a literal DOLL! She was nice, efficient during my checkout process, funny and even informed me about some deals on things I missed out on on my last visit. Definitely an asset to your company. “I needed to find a reasonably priced necktie for an 8th graders graduation ceremony on moments notice. Found one online at Target and chose the Drive Up option and the order would be ready for pick up in 2 hrs. I received a notification that the tie was ready before the 2 hrs was up. I like that there was VERY LITTLE WAIT TIME after I notified them I had parked. The friendly associate was at my car with my order in a matter of minutes! It was a great experience. Thank you Target! “I've always had great experiences shopping this location! The past couple months I've been stopping in weekly with my dog after her bloodwork as a treat for her. Almost all the staff recognizes us!
Andy (I believe he said he was the district manager) was in yesterday and I had the most heartwarming and wholesome encounter with him and my Dana dog by gifting us a box of dog treats! Even asking me first if she had any sensitivities or favorites 🥹 I've been soaking up the good days with her since her time is running low, and he really helped make yesterday a great day for us!”

“I love the clothes at Kohl’s which is conveniently located in Saginaw. There’s always a sale and there are helpful salespeople floating around to point you in the right direction. You can actually find clothing that doesn’t make you feel like you’ve joined the circus!! 🎪 And at a reasonable cost.”
“We have purchased some bikes and the bikes were not really a simple completely. So today we actually brought them back and we actually got some new bikes with the receipt and these bikes seem to be better. Thanks to the bike manager in the back she definitely looked out for us.”

“Sad what has happened to these original "box stores". We found the 2 items we came for (pillows, T-shirts) but, the store appeared disorganized, merchandise on the floor, no rhyme or reason to the way the store was organized esp on the 2nd floor. We still enjoy giving Penney's our business and they still have some high quality items ?”
“It's been years sense I have been to a family dollar store so when I seen it was one on my walk trying to explore the area where I just recently moved I was happy.... apond getting to the store and going in side....it was a little bigger then most I have been too and they have item other family dollar store wouldn't have...I love to decorate so seeing item I can do DiY project with was surprising... will shop here again in future”

I found a dress I wanted at the Flint location but needed a size that was available as the Saginaw location.Employees at the Flint location would not help me with this! I called myself and got Selina, who went and found the dress for me and held it until I could get there! She was so polite and helpful, I give Selina a 10/10!!!! Thank you SO much! Will be making the hour long drive to this location from here on out!”
