“Wonderful, young, new tech did a new install on a cold wet day. He was super careful coming in and out. Due to weather he was not able to put the receiver as high as he would like. They came back out in better weather and put it up higher. We have quick internet connection and everyone was customer focused, polite and concerned that we were up and running at peak performance. We are happy we made the switch.”
“This building is going through a remodel so its a little cramped at the moment. That said, everyone was great and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Kudos to management on that. Store was busy at the time I went around 4pm on a Tuesday.”
