“I came in here to buy a phone and Mo Ali hooked me up with the phone I needed and helped me out a lot. Unfortunately I am going thru very hard times out of no where and I had to return everything and I was just within my 14 day return policy and Mo Ali was there again and he is a great man. “Best service and customer serviceUpdate and downgrade to 4star:If you don't have auto pay, Verizon sure makes it difficult to pay your monthly bill. I just want to be able to call give them my card number and be done but they have made it so challenging over the years I am considering switching service. This has happened almost every month for the past year or so. Some b.s. automated service saying that you'll have to talk to a representative which oftentimes I don't want to do because almost every time their customer service Representatives do have a very thick accent that is foreign. “We have had Skyweb for several years, and I think it's a great service. I can stream TV, work from home, etc. Anytime I've ever needed service or assistance, they are on it right on it and keep me updated. If you aren't receiving a great Internet connection, call them! They might be able to move your connection to a different tower...that's what they did for us. You also need a really good router. We purchased a cheaper one at the start, and we did not get the connection and speeds we expected. We purchased a better one, and it made all of the difference in the world!”
