“Came here first thing on a Saturday morning to get a full synthetic service. Fantastic price and speed. The guys working had a good attitude and were enthusiastic. Did not try upselling me on anything I did not need like the other big brand quick lube places. My only knock on Pioneer is that they do not have a hoist so they do not offer tire rotations, but honestly the price and service made it worth it for me to just go elsewhere for the rotation.”

“I’ve always had good service experiences with Richardson’s. This is my first time in the midland service department. I’ve always took my vehicles to the Gladwin service department where my son in law worked as the service manager. He took great care of all my service needs and warranty work. I never had to worry he looked up my warranty’s and took care of everything. I’m not sure how this all works now since I don’t have Greg ortwein to take care of all my concerns as he took another position somewhere else. Does midland also do the same?”

My car was leaking coolant, and my front right was pretty messed up. Dan replaced my radiator, A/C condenser and was able to find the same color, make and model for the cosmetic repair! Todd came and picked me up, they gave me a good vehicle... stayed late to make sure I was all set. Needed an extension on my rental term and took care of it over the phone, no hassle.
