I’ve had two other companies come out to quote me and not one gave me a quote for tinted windows. I didn’t even realize I had tinted windows till Tom showed me some sample glass!! I’m VERY impressed, and not to mention he was an absolute sweet heart. I was late getting home from work for the appointment and I pull in the drive way 10 mins late to a big ol smile! “Updated review: still 5 stars!Several years ago I outgrew my Aliner & decided to upgrade to a travel trailer. I went back to Midland RV & traded the old Aliner in for a 2019 Cabin Cruiser. This is my up-north cabin on wheels. Fast-forward to today. After 4+ years of full-time, I decided to upgrade the roof. I went back to Midland RV & talked to Joy about the changes I wanted - like heavier deck boards & eliminating as many nonessential holes as I could - no antennas or skylights & even eliminated the AC. As a single, I'd rather use a stand-alone AC vented through a window. It's more efficient, quieter & does a much better job than the roof top. The job is now complete & I'm really happy with the completed project****************I bought my Aliner Classic through Midland RV. Joy was my salesperson. As I knew I would be spending a lot of time in the camper, I special ordered it. Joy was my sales person & did a great job. I was in MN at the time & when my Aliner came in, Midland RV stored it for me until I completed my move to MI. I've now had my Aliner for 2+ years & am surprised at how few problems I've had. I have dealt with the service guys at MRV & have been highly satisfied with their response & quality repairs. This is a very good dealership.”

“Wonderful folks here. Called them at 4:45pm last Monday, my truck had broken down and I needed a rental. Todd came and picked me up, they gave me a good vehicle... stayed late to make sure I was all set. Needed an extension on my rental term and took care of it over the phone, no hassle. “Northtown collision is the best most professional automobile repair shop in midland.
My experience was without surprises and exceeded my expectations with quality of repairs and fast turnaround a top!
Ease of dropping off and explanation of repairs needed and the process was ideal.
Being a mechanic by trade, I would be a tough customer at any body shop repair facility, but northtown made me comfortable with their process and top quality repair!
