“I stepped in this facility in January to get a membership and was welcomed with open arms. I decided to sign up with Myles for personal training 1 day a week with a recommendation to visit 3 days to cater to his training schedule personalized for me.
The beginning is tough when you start from the ground up but he motivates and helps you through the process. He provides a great plan that caters to my goals and most importantly; he provides positive reinforcement. Since January, my muscular definition accelerated as well as weight loss! Myles is very knowledgeable in personal fitness and brings so much to the table with his expertise. His colleagues at the facility are friendly and give positive motivation as well!

“Underground Athletics has a positive upbeat atmosphere. I like that everyone is doing the workout together as group. Before every workout there is a warmup and a breakdown of that class. Every move or lift can be modified to fit each persons individual needs. The coaches are friendly and make sure everyone is doing the workout safely and correctly. If your looking to get in a workout and meet new people this is the place.”
