My girlfriend was initially nervous about even laying on any of the mattresses, but by the end she was laughing and joking with Andrew and Paul. They provided pros and cons for their products based on our needs. We only went in to buy a mattress but ended up getting a ProSmart bed frame as well and are very happy with both. Thanks again!”

“To whom it may concern : I am writing to figure out a solution for many across the USA that I have found has the same issues : ( 1 ) We as a group that the Company has used unethical tactics borderline "Bait N Switch" in person at their store , selling "Leather" Furniture and the customers receive not even a quality "Vinyl" product . The issue is that everyone of us have the same story and the furniture Leather is not leather and peels apart , I have had Vinyl in a car that has lasted 40 plus years , these chairs lasted 1 year or less , La-Z-Boy would do nothing ! (2) When confronted always is the answer customers fault out of Warranty, no remedy offered ,as some of us paid additional warranty paid at time of purchase , all of the group feels they were lied to and we all bought from past Market Brand Name recognition and Quality (3) We will seek a Nation Wide Arbitration and the remedy of all Furniture to be replaced and additional compensation to be determined by the committee for the grief and in some cases a direct loss, a Public Apology for causing this despair for capital gains on the Corporations part in the matter , with a arbitration panel of peers .”
