“Had an issue with the charging port in my Samsung phone. Another repair place told me that I needed my port replaced. I went to Herkimer for a 2nd opinion and they told me it just needed cleaned. Was in and out in under 10 minutes. Would give 6 stars if I could.”

“Had verizon and they ripped me off. They say i owe $4,000!! They Changed my plan and never gave me credit for either trade ins. Went to cricket and Lucas helped me pick the right plan for me! He was honest, helpful, and got it all done in 10 minutes! My phone works great and so does my service! Going back today to add 2 more lines. Hope Lucas is there again!
