“Good place to do business. Richard and Raymond are knowledgeable. Not like going to an auto parts store where it's a different person every time who only skill is putting year and make into a computer. If the random chance they don't have it in stock they typically can have it the next day. Always surprised at what they have. Hoses, truck parts, tires, batteries and probably the larger collection of filters in the area. Pleasure knowing them for at least 15 years!!”

“After months of hasle talking to other mechanics, and doing quotes, everybody tried to rip me off besides Marty he is the most honest mechanic that I have ever met not a lot of mechanics work on TDI engines but I noticed Marty has love for working on TDI’s he did timing belt replacment including the water pump he also changed my transmission fluid and did a great job at all the work he performed price was very reasonable and my car runs very smooth its quite a drive for me to get there but honestly I feel very lucky I found him thanks Martt for all your honesty and great work I will definitely be back.Services: Transmission”

“5 Stars all the way !!! I had a problem with the used truck from Perry Auto Sales and called them about the issue. Aaron got me in touch with Alex the service manager, Alex had me try a couple of things to diagnose the problem. When this didn't fix the problem he had me drop the truck off so they could diagnose it in shop to better understand what was going on. They found the issue, replaced a part to fixed it, drove the truck to make sure they had everything ready and called me throughout the service support process. If you've ever been in a situation where you're waiting on a vehicle to be repaired and no one ever calls with updates, you will want to use Perry Auto Sales in the future. You won't regret it... “My transmission on my 2012 GMC Sierra started to fail after 211,000 so I checked with a few different shops for quotes. I decided on the Shift Shop because of how helpful Heidi was on the phone in explaining their process. They were also able to get me scheduled sooner and the cost was definitely competitive with the other options. On top of that they provide a 3 yr warranty.
A month later I started having some issues that I thought was related to the transmission so I dropped it off on my way out of town. They called me later to inform me that it wasn’t my transmission but my manifold. They referred me to another shop about 15 min away but since I was out of town wasn’t able to do anythIng until a few days later. They went out of their way to drop my truck off so it could get fixed while out of town and I would have a working truck when I got back in town.
3 months and over 6,000 miles later and the transmission is working as good as new. Highly recommend this locally owned business.”
