“My fiancé and I came here and I cannot say enough good things. We were coming from a major carrier and needed service for 2 phones. We thought that we were going to have buy new phones and go through the process of downloading all of our apps and trying to remember all the logins etc.
Well Jason, Paul's younger brother was absolutely AMAZING He found that our current phones were unlocked and that all he had to do was get us new SIM cards and set up the new phone numbers!!! If that wasn't enough he was able to get us into a deal monthly for the 2 lines that blew me away!
Both my fiancé are so grateful to you Jason for you going above the norm if customer service.

“Love this store, the staff are knowledgeable and ready to help. They are a busy store so be mindful of your patience in time before going in there. They get a lot of Collins while in between helping customers, but this is a great sign considering the disc replay closest to my house has closed down. I appreciate the staff for always helping and even cleaning products if they aren’t up to your standards ? they will clean your stuff again for you if you need and show you anything that you wanna look at! Young man noticed that I was going from a 12 to 11 and ask if there is any damage to my 12 and I told him that I ran over my phone and just going to one of the old ones for now and he told me that I had insurance on my iPhone 12 before we changed anything he told me to make sure I get a claim in. They accepted my claim through the insurance and he really saved my pocket!

“Working with Mark N. was a fantastic experience and he came highly recommended for good reason. Customer Service was great. Someone to greet me at the door. Comparable pricing to box box stores, but an actual family experience and attentive.
The delivery guys were quick, no bumps or damage to my home, spoke clearly, dressed professionally, and called well before to let us know on arrival. All around great experience, and I will be back for all major purchases again in the future.”

“I went in to this T-Mobile hanging on to my iPhone 11 for dear life. It finally gave out on me and I was very adamant that I would keep an iPhone 11. I worked with Tamyra and she not only got me to get an upgrade, she also upgraded another line on my plan AND lowered my bill. Now what I failed to mention was that I was in and out of the store multiple times and not once did Tamyra seem irritated with my indecision. She was patient, kind and worked with me to get me the best deal. She was also working with other customers/sales reps simultaneously and I never felt neglected. She is excellent at her job and I applaud her work ethic. Since I was there pretty much all day, I’d avoid going between 11:30-1:00 and after 5:30 if you don’t want to wait. But I’m very happy with my experience with Tamyra. Thank you!!”
