“I needed a machine nut and decided to try them based off Google reviews. Customer service is definitely a 10! Craig had helped me. He made sure to measure to see if they had the correct size, made sure to tell me the size and made sure I was overall satisfied with everything. The show room/store is extremely clean and organized. But it was Craig's friendly helpful demeanor and knowledge that sealed the deal. This is a great company and I highly recommend them! They have definitely set the bar.”

“Product shipped and received in a timely manner, though the mandrels were not as expected.Some were rusty and the rust continues to grow like cancer. Others were fine and are without rust today. North Idaho is pretty dry in the winter, so humidity should not be much of an issue.Gummy tape residue requires solvent to remove prior to the mandrels serving a useful purpose.”
“This particular location has always had a knack for hiring well mannered, self respecting, capable kids. The rest of the crew are great too, I wanted to make a point to compliment the youth that work here. It's refreshing to see there is still hope in some of our young and their ethics. Now-then, about the store - it's set up just like it was back in the glory years. They have items for basic home repairs. They have a propane filling station if you are into using a gas grill. There is a hand tool area that is not all that bad. They have gardening equipment and sections of pipe as well. Of course they have hardware and chances are you'll find what you're looking for. I like it here and would MUCH rather come to a local franchised shop over some big "out of touch" corporate chain.”

“Tractor is a huge chain that caters to mostly farmers and their needs. I can buy stuff for my tractor along with tools, dog food, etc. They have a good assortment of hardware in bins and sold by the pound! Yayy! Much cheaper than this packages where you have to buy 10 to get the one you need.”
