Exceptional customer service from Jodie! She took plenty of time with us to accommodate our needs and explained everything thoroughly. Very happy with the unit and ease of access to it.

Devin, who resides in the UNITED STATES, speaks perfect ENGLISH gave me a call back after i wasted 20 minutes on the phone with their overseas call center. I now have a unit reserved and it took a quarter of the time!!
Be smart, ask for Devin to call you back.

Great place to keep your stuff. The climate controlled area was great for my stuff that couldn't be overheated and the outdoor one was just the right size for the rest of my stuff. I took off a star for them only being open until 9pm though. That pretty frustrating.
