“5 August 2006
I was surprised and pleased to receive a follow up call from Christine, one of the property managers employed by Public Storage. She saw my review and offered to work with her associate, Miranda to arrange for the assignment of a storage unit that I preferred that has an eight foot door. I am very appreciative of the effort Christine, along with Miranda put in on behalf of Public Storage to maintain the highest of level of customer satisfaction and to ensure I remain a long time customer. I’m happy to give a five star rating. Hey PUBLIC STORAGE be certain to acknowledge and show some appreciation for these ladies efforts.

I was disappointed. I did an online rental of a 10’ x 15’ storage unit in the climate controlled building. I was expecting the unit to have a wide single 7ft or 8ft door just like the four other units I rented in the past. The unit I was given had two 3ft wide doors. The unit I was given was two 5ft wide units that had the common wall removed. The configuration of the unit should have been identified online. Two doors are not as convenient. The vertical studs of the removed common wall that were left in the unit were obstacles I would prefer to not work around. Everything else about the self serve experience was ok.”
