This last time I needed a wheel for my jeep I think his name is Junior. He made it possible. He ordered the part. They called me the next day I went to get his serviced and it was for a wheel and it only took them under 10 minutes to put it on from the time I got there gave them my key and he came and said I was done. Today I went in there with my 22' black Dodge Durango on my way home from work-I caught a nail. “I've been taking our cars here for a couple of years now. Bill and Steve are trustworthy and will give you an honest assessment of the work your vehicle needs and will charge a reasonable price to complete the repair. My vehicle had an issue that the dealership would've charged several hundred dollars more to repair. Steve called me after they diagnosed the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and the costs before proceeding.

“Was in the area for a Dr. Appointment when I noticed the heat shield under my engine was hanging down. Pulled in and they fixed it for free saying that it was likely the place who did the oil change last week likely did not tighten the screws holding it in place.”
“Needed a tire for my daughter's car. Called and they said $60. I went up there and was in and out. No wait time. They had me pull into the bay and I was done in 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and pointed out an issue I should address with the front end as it looked dangerous. They didn't try to sell me anything extra, but suggest I have a mechanic look at it. Took it to my mechanic who said it needed front end work and was unsafe to drive (it's my daughter's car so I was clueless as I don't drive it). Definitely appreciate the heads up! Took it here because my daughter had a bad experience with discount tire (she spent several hundred dollars and I had to go up there because they took advantage of her not knowing better). Appreciate the honesty and the zero wait time. Definitely will recommend and use in the future.”

Being a widow and going to a car place is always a hard thing, my husband always brought the cars here and now I see why, they make it so easy here and the owner of the shop was the one that worked on my car and came into the office and explained everything to me!!! Never felt more at ease.”
“I brought my 2017 Lexus RX 350 FSport to the Lexus dealership (stealership) to get a diagnosis for my car was stalking and the engine light was on. The stealership completed the diagnosis and stated that all of my fuel injector were faulty or going bad. They quoted $5,000 for parts and labor. I laughed and said “ you got to kidding me.” The service rep said everything pointed to my fuel injectors. He said I had 12, 6 port and 6 direct. Of course, I’m the type of person that gets a second opinion. So, I picked up my car and brought it Rob ( the Car Guy) for diagnostic and I gave Rob the paperwork and codes from the dealer with had P0175, 0P174 and one other which I cannot remember. However, all three codes printed to sensors ( Evap purse, MAF and one more). Of course, I did research for about a month reading and getting an understand of the EVAP system on my car as well as other knowledge and I was successful at finding awesome mechanics and very informative videos to assist me in my search. When Rob explained to me the issue with my vehicle I had knowledge and understanding of what rich/lean meant as it relates to my vehicle. Rob is very knowledgeable and has years of experience. He’s a amazing mechanic, and has excellent customer service. He’s also knowledgeable about cars. When Rob diagnosed my car, he found the issue to be the Evap. Purse sensor. The sensor (Evap) was stuck opened. He replaced the sensor that cost $141.00 (OEM part). I haven’t had any stalling or the engine light being illuminated. He reset all the codes and sent me in my way. So I wanted to write this review to encourage someone to do your research. Don’t just listen to the dealer because they are the dealer and just because they are the dealer doesn’t mean they’re honest. Rob is a honest mechanic which is very hard to find. While they are diagnosing your car, you need to diagnose them and make sure they are not running a scam on you. It’s really unfortunate that we live in a world where all that is care about is ?. Do your research. Bring your car to the Car Guy. He’s exceptional. ?”
