“The customer service at the Mount Pleasant, MI Home Depot cannot be surpassed. My husband and I went in looking for gardening seeds and a tree for our nephew for his Christmas present (this is what he asked for). This was early December. When we couldn’t find what we were looking for, an employee approached us asking if he could help us find anything. I knew it was the wrong season to be purchasing these items and figured I would have to go online to find them. This employee (I sadly didn’t get his name) said that they were hoping to get in their shipment of seeds soon and to leave my name and number and he would make this happen before Christmas. Less than a week later, another employee, Brad, called me to let me know that they had just unpacked their shipment of seeds and he would hold the ones that I wanted at the service desk for me. Home Depot employees went above and beyond for me this holiday season. They have created lifelong customers with their kindness and care over 4 packages of seeds. Thank you to Brad and your manager. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and bringing smiles to my family and me!”

“Home Depot in Mount Pleasant has always been my go-to place. I built my whole house around it. Here, 25 years later, replacing simple things like tub, shower ,light fixtures,(by choice, wanted something different)new toilet, washer, dryer, furnace, hot water heater. All things that have needed to be replaced recently. We still use Home Depot. They respect our military and give us a 10%discount. Helpful when looking for something in store. The only thing I don't care for is when you call them to ask questions. You get the run around and they usually don't know the answers to my questions. I usually get the response contact the manufacturer. So that would be my only downfall.”
