“A lovely small store to go through they have stuff on every shelf and wall. Plenty to look through and make a choice on and a range of prices for each thing they sell. I saw a good few types of dvd players, camera, and even some mp3 players! Go on in and give it a look better than waiting for some service app shipping I would say.”

“We ordered a mattress and it was defective. These things happen. Called Gina and she took said she would take care of it as long as they had it in stock. Once we could set up a delivery date we called and she was able to get us a replacement next day! They took the defective and delivered the replacement at no cost. Things happen, things have problems, but Gina and ABC made it right and ensured we got the end result we paid for. 10/10 customer service.”

“Ms. NELLIE. At the Mt. PLEASANT STORE. Is totally awesome.I was nervous about switching from Verizon after 25 yrs.But she reassurred and did everything with style and an air of quiet confidence that was amazing. She helped me and 2 others all at the same time and never once missed a beat. I highly recommend Ms. NELLIE at the Mt. Pleasant store. Wow excellent job. I'm going back just to visit her.”

“First time using their self-service checkout and I wish I wouldn't have. It seemed like a great idea at the time but, first, my payment wouldn't go through, and then the security alarms went off because my clothing had anti-theft sensors on them. I was in a hurry to make it to our mommy/daughter dance and the whole thing added an extra 20-30 minutes on that I didn't have. I guess ya live and you learn, but you know I'm a girl who LOVES target, just not the price tag. Everytime I go in this store it never fails, I spend at least $250-300! My husband says I'm not allowed haha, but it was a special occasion and their trendy clothing is always on point.”

“I went into this Verizon store to activate my router after customer service couldn't resolve the issue over the phone. I didn't catch the name of the first representative who helped me, but he was incredibly helpful and patient. I also worked with David, the Assistant Manager, who was equally amazing and helpful. It turned out to be much more in-depth than I was thinking it would be, but the team at this Verizon store really went out of their way to try and get my issue solved, and I really appreciate it. Great customer service—I would definitely recommend them!”

“I was paying $125 a month with AT&T, but I decided to switch to Metro, and I'm so glad I did! Renu was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the entire process of transferring my number to my new phone quick and stress-free. Metro had some amazing deals, so I was able to get a great phone for a fantastic price. Thanks to switching, I'll be saving a lot of money every month. A huge thank you to Renu for making everything so easy. If you're thinking about switching, I definitely recommend stopping by and asking for her! 😁”

“Went to the store a couple of days ago. I am from Germany and on vacation here. The owner is a super nice and polite person. His stuff is great. We chatted a little and he even wanted to cook for us! What a great guy! Loved the place, bought a couple of Playstation 1 games. Awesome!”

“Struggled for a long time trying to change phone plans with spectrum to a different account to keep my phone number. They made all the excuses. Went into the spectrum store and got talked down to by the employees. Walked over to T-Mobile after being very frustrated with spectrum and both employees were super helpful. They did what spectrum couldn’t in over a year in less than an hour. AND our bill was less. Customer service was so much nicer and better to deal with.”

“I go to this gas station almost every single day. The slurpees are good, great customer service, and the staff are super friendly. The employee Gage is really cool, he's always working hard, if I could tip him 20% I would, he deserves a raise. When I say this is the best 7/11 around I ain't lying”
