I wandered in to the Verizon store in Grand Haven to update my phone plan to International and look at the iPhone 17. Erin was so helpful with explaining every plan and getting me all taken care of ...without it feeling sales-pitchy or pushy. We ended up with the perfect plan for our needs, a new phone for me, and even brought my parents on to my plan so they don't have to worry about phone bills anymore .
We also changed to Frontier WiFi with an excellent promotion that is running right now. Thanks again Erin ....and somebody give this girl a raise!”

“Zach was seriously awesome to work with. I went in expecting the process to be a headache, but he made everything so easy and stress-free. He helped me get two iPhones and an Apple Watch, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
You can tell he knows what he's doing and actually enjoys helping people. By the time I left, everything was set up and I felt completely taken care of.

“Went to get my sister a new phone as hers broke. Very impressed with Marcel. He was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones. I was worried that she wouldn't be able to keep her old number but she was able to. She doesn't have a contract type phone we just get her a card each month for her minutes. We have been to the Apple Ave store in the past and I will not ever go there again. If you have Cricket go to the Sherman store next to Walmart. THANK YOU again Marcel for your help getting her all set.”

“Went into the store yesterday to see if I qualified for a upgrade. DYLAN helped me with this he was Awesome. Right before handling my phone issue he was dealing with a completely disrespectful customer that was directing their frustrations at him raising her voice yelling about a payment situation that honest was out of that boys control from everything I was hearing. He let her yell at him for no reason for 10 minutes or so. He stayed calm and managed under pressure.

“Had to come into the store being from out of town I was a bit leery as a lot of our stores in Texas don't come close to what I received here in customer service!! Fantastic staff!! Don't think I've ever been in a Metro store that the employees were so knowledgeable!! I think the manager's name is Paul but he certainly did rock!! I will continue to use this store every time I'm in town”
