They was very polite and very helpful every last one them and if one couldn’t figure the problem they team work to figure the problem to help me and my sister. EuNeeka has a heart of Gold and she answered every question that needed to be answered and if I must say y’all need more workers like her. Secondly Arynn did her thing as well with being very helpful and Rayshawn was also helpful and lastly they all got down to business and explained all promotions and if I must add In more I will most definitely say they didn’t let us down they did extremely excellent and did they big one. I love y’all team on apple on the first day of me walking in that door. Keep them. That team has the best hearts ever and I bet no other’s stores can score a 100% on how generous they was and are to people’s.”

“Went to purchase 12 towels in two colors. The shelves did not have the quantity we needed in each color. A very kind employee was more than willing to stop what she was doing to help us out. She was mid 20s, short brown hair and glasses I believe. Not only did she check to see if there were more in the back and retrieve them, but she even made notice that I grabbed a towel of the wrong size. Very impressed with her intuition to grab an extra towel from the back of the size I intended to grab. Very thankful, I hate making two trips/returns.
On a side note, not a great idea to have only one employee man the whole self check out area and the lone register lane simultaneously. Especially, someone who isn’t techy.”

“I wanted to change my review from a 2-star to a 4-star because my low rating was an over-reaction. The level of anger was more about the feeling of being powerless than anything terrible Best Buy did. Yes, I was mad that I wasn't made aware that it could be up to 3 days to service the laptop. But the job was done and done well, and I generally find the customer service there to be positive and helpful.
[Prior review} Read the fine print. I had to leave my laptop at the Geek Squad as it could not be serviced while I waited. I didn't want to leave it at all, as I use it every day. I was told it would be ready in 24-48 hours. 48 hours later and it's still being worked on. I called and was told the work order was for 72 hours. So don't rely on what the nice agent tells you. Read the fine print. Right now I just feel lied to.”

“Had to come into the store being from out of town I was a bit leery as a lot of our stores in Texas don't come close to what I received here in customer service!! Fantastic staff!! Don't think I've ever been in a Metro store that the employees were so knowledgeable!! I think the manager's name is Paul but he certainly did rock!! I will continue to use this store every time I'm in town”
