Roosevelt Park Chase is a friendly place, always welcoming and most cashiers know and use my name. They are efficient and quick, usually no long lines in lobby. They are a great source of $2 bills, which I love to use.

The staff at the Muskegon branch are kind, knowledgable, and helpful. And Chase Bank has wonderful benefits for its customers.

Went here to get a personal loan but unfortunately they don't do those loans anymore. Thankfully an employee named Tori was very kind and directed me towards a few credit unions that do personal loans. 😊
