“This is strictly an employee review as the store itself has a few flaws (under stocked with items at times, sections blocked by pallets that need to be unboxed, etc.). This 5 star rating goes to one of your employees, Stacey (apologize if the spelling is wrong). On several different occasions, she has been more than helpful with helping me look for items...literally walking around with me and helping me look instead of saying check aisle 5 or something along those lines. She has always been super kind and not once has she ever given an impression that she was annoyed with helping me, in fact she gives the complete opposite and is more than happy to help. There have been times where she is the only one I've seen in the store (others may be on break or in the back) but she remains calm, kind, and helpful no matter how busy it gets in there. I have never seen her frazzled or short with a customer. She truly is a wonderful employee all the around and I hope she sees this as well as management because she definitely deserves some acknowledgement. Thank you Stacey!”

“Had bought a thing of hair spray last week didn't check it and went to use it and wouldn't work didn't have the receipt but they let me exchange it no problem. There were quite a few name brand they got in I believe from another store and they were not aware of it i don't believe.”

“One of my favorite places to shop. The deals are great and they always seem to have something new every week. The Managers and staff are really wonderful, helpful people! You can tell the people who work there really enjoy their jobs. This store has provided me with one of the BEST customer service experiences in years! Meijer, Walmart - pretty much every other retailer out there could learn a few things from this crew.I've enjoyed getting to know Dave, Angie and the other managers, as well as my Favorite Cashiers, Mari, Pauline, Pearl, Danyale and Eric! These crew people are the greatest! You can tell they love working with each other. It's so nice to see people working and working well with each other! This is a testament to their store manager Dave Glick.Honestly corporate should really hand out some hefty raises to these guys.The only real downside to shopping here are the endless streams of Karens. A lot of these middle aged and older white women are disrespectful and mean spirited to the staff. Im not sure where they learned to have such an entitlement complex, but Dollar Tree Corporate should do something to back up their employees to keep them safe from these unruly, nasty customers.”

“Total change with new staff. Store is clean and doesn't look junky anymore. Isles are clear, easy for me to use my mobility scooter to get around. Easier to shop and find things. Staff are helpful and friendly. If you haven't shopped there in a while go check it out.”

“They have a good variety of items just maybe not your brand. You can't have expectations but hope it should be their motto. They are very convenient with so many locations. They could hire a few more staff to keep up the stores better that is the big downfall. They are dingy”

“Good Dollar General. A little cramped in areas. Might be hard to navigate if you have a wide walker, scooter, wheelchair, etc. Employees were very nice. We found what we were looking for.”
