“I love the staff here! My little girl gets a popcycle everytime she goes. Authentic Mexican store! Avocados, Mexican candy, pasta, corn tamales, tortillas, many beverages (my favorite is the toasted coconut juice), chips, hot sauce, pinatas, cactus... All with the convenience of being close to home and right down the road from the high school, hospital, and mission. I walk here with my family members often. “This is strictly an employee review as the store itself has a few flaws (under stocked with items at times, sections blocked by pallets that need to be unboxed, etc.). This 5 star rating goes to one of your employees, Stacey (apologize if the spelling is wrong). On several different occasions, she has been more than helpful with helping me look for items...literally walking around with me and helping me look instead of saying check aisle 5 or something along those lines. She has always been super kind and not once has she ever given an impression that she was annoyed with helping me, in fact she gives the complete opposite and is more than happy to help. There have been times where she is the only one I've seen in the store (others may be on break or in the back) but she remains calm, kind, and helpful no matter how busy it gets in there. I have never seen her frazzled or short with a customer. She truly is a wonderful employee all the around and I hope she sees this as well as management because she definitely deserves some acknowledgement. Thank you Stacey!”

“I go here often in the evenings for various grocery items. The 2 young men working there tonight (2-26-22) are always friendly, and you always have almost everything I need rather than a huge trip to Meijer. I appreciate this location, and drive to it even though I live 2 minutes from the Wolf Lake location, which I really don't like. The way the guy was detailing the fountain machine tonight while I was in line made me want to recruit him for my own business. Keep it up, and thanks.”

“One of a small chain of family owned and operated stores. The people that run it are amazing and, if you go to their various stores often enough, it's like you're a part of the family. One of the gentlemen running the counter even informed me that an old friend I had lost contact with, but was also a regular customer, had died. They noticed that I had moved away when I stopped dropping in for awhile. They even asked why my ex-wife stopped coming in when we got a divorce and she moved away. You're not going to get that at Wesco or Speedway.Busy, but rightfully so.”
