“I have used Northside Storage to store my RV and have been entirely impressed with both the quality and caretaking of the facilities; as well as the responsiveness and helpfulness of Jill in setting up the rental and answering questions etc.
Pricing seems consistent or a little lower than other options. When seeking storage options, many of the calls I made went unanswered or not helpful. Taking to Jill was a breath of fresh air, and had the storage set up within hours and access provided.
Highly recommend for any indoor or outdoor storage needs.”

Their very affordable it's gated all the way around 24/7 access you have a pin to punch in at the gate they don't make a big fuss over you being in your unit. All they even request outta you is to be considered to others pay your monthly bill and leave the unit as when you first moved in. I can't tell enough people how awesome this place is to rent from . This place is the best”

“Nice looking place. Has a coded gate. Plenty of cameras all around in case someone who shouldn't be there is there. And best of all no gate won't open set time. Work as long as you need to. In a great location to I was driving at night with a 16ft trailer. Entrance is on a not as busy road. Connected to a main road.”

It's in a pretty safe neighborhood so I feel comfortable enough and safe enough to enter the unit plus there's a locked gate surrounding all the units with an access code so not just anyone can enter it easily. The website is access friendly as well so I can make my payments online with no issues. I've had other storage units before and by far this is the best place!! Two thumbs up!! ?? ?? ?”

“I can’t remember the name of the two gentlemen, but after sitting at another location in Newaygo for over a hr with no help, I called them and they was able to get me together over the phone and when we showed up gave us a walk through and gave us multiple options to make our move easier. Such awesome guys. Sorry we can’t come there again, but I would recommend them over any of the mom and pop drop off locations.”

“I had a storage here for several months and every trip into the storage was easy. Little tight for a 26” moving truck but we managed the loop with some planning. Very clean. Never a worry. The owner is very easy to speak to regarding plans and efforts to pay on time. Really highly recommend this storage park.”
