Her daughter was having her first baby, and even then she went above and beyond for her customers.The check in needs to be fixed, it took so long to get everything approved and I ended up having to go inside so I could even get the help with the online approval part and for the key even though I set it for contactless pick up.”

“Rental hours were wrong on website, so when I came to get the equipment at days' end, they were locked up and dark. I left a message with my complaint, and they called back an hour later to open the shop just so I could get it. Did all he could to make the situation right. I was going to leave bad feedback, but this gesture of trying to make it right changed my mind. Would do business with them again. (assistant was a bit more surly than the man (probably owner) I dealt with to get the equipment)”
“The gentleman who works here was extremely helpful with connecting us to our trailer, and helped extend our rental. It’s hard to find available trailers in Hillsdale MI, and this was our best option. Their customer service made moving so much easier and less stressful. 10/10 would recommend renting from this place!”
