“I purchased a vehicle from this location, and the sales experience was very nice and easy. Marissa took great care of the transaction, and after the sale was complete I got to meet Will, who is the owner, if I’m not mistaken. The car really was what I wanted for a smaller SUV with AWD, which I really wanted for the snowy season. The car was doing fine had it checked out and the shop I went to said it was in great condition and everything seemed good to go. I had the spark plugs changed and an oil change as it seemed like a good idea. Tried to go to Green Bay to do some back to school shopping and a partial break down occurred just outside of Escanaba. Took it to their location, and Sarah tried her best to get it fixed but parts were not available in the city, so they gave me a loaner car to get our shopping done. After all was said and done, the car needed a new engine. Panic freak out mode occurred and then they said we got ya don’t worry. They were right. They had the newer engine installed by their mechanics, and drove it home and needed a tweak with a coolant hose and the car is running really well! I’m so glad I got the warranty, as it covered almost all the expenses…I had to pay for a different issue but $200 is better then a few grand for a new motor. Will and his mechanic came out to my home to pick up the car and got the hose back situated, and the car had worked really well so far. Customer service has been great, even with me losing my head outta being frustrated, they took care of me and are due a shout out for a job well done on all parts. For me, I was pretty nervous about everything working out but so far so good. Thank you to Marissa, Will, Sarah and the mechanics that worked on the vehicle, they have done a great job. I’d recommend going there, if you need to, for a vehicle! Thanks guys for taking such good care of the situation I had!”
