“This was a great store to go to with friendly staff, the only downfall is that there was lack of stock with a handful of products.. I also do want it to be known that Best Buy upcharges a lot more than what other stores do. Yesterday I was about to purchase a vacuum from this location listed for $350.. I went to google and found that every store around me has it for way cheaper. I got the same exact shark vaccum for 200 dollars… that’s 150 dollar upcharge.. cmon Best Buy yall are better than that”

“I went there to bring my phone over to metro. I had my account number and transfer pin. The account was already closed , so I was told I couldn't do it the account had to be still active. I said that's unacceptable as I'm not going through and changing my number with all my contacts. I went to a different metro pcs store and Bam I bring my phone and number over to metro. So I'm glad I didn't listen to her. She wasn't mean or rude about it, however she's been misinformed and if i had listened I would've l9st my phone number! That's why 4 stars and not 5”

“My mom and my son were in getting slurpies and my mom's knees went out and she fell. By the time my son ran out and got me two men were there helping her. I know that one of them works there but I don't know if the other does. I am very grateful for both of them. They helped her out to my car and stayed with her till she was in and safe. Thank you both so much! My son said now he know what heros are.”

“I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years; And I must say out of all my 45 years of living, London Lamour Is Superior; She is the best damn thing that has happened for this location; From the way she talks to her staff to the way she treats her customers; She’s thorough and passionate. You can truly tell, She love what she does; It’s definitely an experience once you walk through those doors. She got me and my family into fully protected phones , from cases and screen protectors, to fully insuring our phones with the cricket protect plus plan; At a great price. I hope this joke of a company doesn’t run her away; We need more people like her.”

“Yesterday (3 Jun 22), stopped to gas up my motorcycle. Never got gas at this place before. Gas pump read $27.00 for Supreme ar $5.69 a gallon. No problem. Got home to see notification of credit card pending $125.00!! Can't dispute it because I didn't go in to get a receipt, since pump didn't print one. My fault for not getting receipt. Tried calling 7-11 to get yesterday's receipts. No answer. I guess I blessed someone with $98.00 worth of gas! Enjoy!UPDATE: Owner of 7-11 emailed me about my issue. She explained that some companies place a "hold" amount on credit cards while the actual purchase amount is pending. Instant relief there. Then, she told me to call her cell phone when the pending charge is complete, and if it's for more than $27.00, she'd fix the issue. Yesterday, I received an account update that my credit card was charged only $27.00. So, 5-stars (instead of the 1-star i gave previously on 3 Jun) for the owner's immediate response and for taking a personal interest in wanting to help me fix the issue. Now, THAT'S customer service!”
