“Best place to get minnows. All minnows are healthy and alive. Clean tanks. Also has everything you might need for walleye and perch and pike. Great boat store too. Spark plugs, drain plugs, etc.”

“Last week I accidentally left a bag containing T-shirts and other merchandise at the New Baltimore Anchor Bay Thunder Festival. A good Samaritan from the silent auction (forgot name) turned it in to Boater City, and that's where the exceptional customer service began. Boater City went above and beyond. They reviewed transaction records, found my name, tracked down my contact information, and reached out to let me know they had my belongings. Thanks to her efforts and the honesty of the person at the silent auction who turned everything in I was able to recover it all. Good things are coming to both of you! It's rare to find that level of integrity and customer service these days but Im happy its alive and well and weaved into the New Baltimore fabric. Boater City is a fantastic local business with a great selection of boating gear and accessories, but it's the people that truly set them apart. They've earned a loyal customer, and I'll gladly recommend them to anyone looking for boating merch or simply a business that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank You 👊🙏👏”

“Took my PADI Drift Diver certification with ABA and it was an amazing experience. The instructor made the training both fun and educational and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The owner's are experts and are very informative when buying gear from them and treat you like family and not just another customer. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchases.”

“Andrew. If you’re reading this, thank you for some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. I bought a baseball glove tonight for my kid. I was excited to see that they’re currently steaming baseball gloves for free with purchase. Normally it’s $20. Andrew not only helped us with the steaming process, but then he also spent 5-6 minutes really breaking in my kid’s glove with the mallets and other tools in the store. It looked exhausting but he was smiling the entire time. He was so friendly with my kid. He asked him a bunch of questions about his league and then he let my kid hit the glove with the mallet to get in on the experience. The friendly attitude was obviously genuine. What a refreshing shopping experience for once. Thanks again.”

“I found what I was looking for in the store in Chesterfield but not in my size. The sales gal was super and she located them in another store. She had them shipped and three days later they were in my mailbox 📪. I was thrilled with the product and more so with the staff in the store.”

“Aj in the fishing department at the chesterfield cabelas shop is the i'm giving this facility a 5 star review. Aj is the most kindest, nicest and friendliest person you'll meet. For 2 years straight every time (I come very often just for the fishing department) Aj has always been so eager and happy to help me. He's became such a big part of the reason I go specifically to this location only. When Aj is there you know you're going to get taken care of without a doubt. Aj keep doing what you do and being the good guy you are. - Alexander”

“Chris the store manager is a very friendly and polite guy. Went in for the BOGO sale and he helped me pick out exactly what I needed. He was very well informed and on his product knowledge and has excellent service and clearly kept his store clean, neat, and organized. Needless to say the overall experience was above expectations and I will be getting my shoes from this location from here on out. Thanks Chris.”

“Affordable prices. Polite staff. I was a little disappointed with the men's apparel unorganized. I found myself double checking the apparel sizes shown on the hanger to the actual size of the apparel because it wasn't matching on almost every item I picked.”
