“Last week I replaced one of my ignition coil and when I tried to bolt it down, it snapped. So in a failed attempt to get it out using easy out, I needed to have a shop do it. I had just received a new job and needed it repaired quickly. Greatwater 360 not only took care of me quickly and without an appointment. But didn’t charge me for it!!! I was so shocked and relieved! I’m literally starting over an to have extra expenses right now wasn’t great. I’m not writing to say go get free work done. I’m writing to express how their integrity and compassion makes them a great auto care shop. So many take advantage of people, especially women. Upcharges and attitude are plenty. But to be shown kindness so rare, I had to write a review. They have a customer in me and referrals. Just based on their integrity alone. Thank you again!”

“Outstanding customer service! I had a nail in my tire. One place said it couldn’t be repaired and I was told I needed to buy 4 new tires. Another told me I needed 2 new tires because my car was AWD.
I decided to get a third opinion and sure enough it could be repaired! $40!
Leslie told me my tires were wearing but not bad. They would be fine throughout the winter.

“Alright. So I’d like to make this short but unfortunately I don’t think it’s possible. So I bought a problematic 2013 Ford Raptor 6.2 with a supercharger on it and had alot of problems with it, I dropped it off with Alex to get it fixed up as it had some really strange throttle problems. I had them tune it, and when I got it back, it was better but not exactly what I needed out of it, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the truck and took it back it, got it dialed in nicely, hell they even detailed it for me as a surprise. As a customer who worked his life to ow his dream truck, they treated it as such, and I couldn’t be any happier with this place. All of his guys were super cool and honest and did what they could to get things done ESPECIALLY the owner Alex. I HIGHLY recommend this place, as it’s hard to find real honest mechanics who aren’t afraid to do the job right. I would disregard any review less than five stars from this place and support them as they have done me well.”

“I bought a 2012 GL550 Mercedes from Tim Leslie Tire. She, who I have named Scarlett is absolutely perfect. She runs beautifully, no rust, no leaks, no issues. I replaced only wiper blades n also I bought them from the dealership. Also were cheaper than AutoZone n the correct blades for the vehicle. I enjoyed the employees, sellers n the atmosphere there. I will absolutely do business with them again for both cars and tires, which who they are originally known for. Before I even finish walking through the door, someone pleasantly greeted me asking how they could help, I was then asked to pull right up/in the garage so they can immediately go ahead and start taking a look at my car so they can start completing the job. Zero wait! They were very communicative about their process along the way and how they were going to look if the tires fit and if anything is concerning regarding the fit,etc., for the best possible solution while ensuring no issues currently or down the line, along with being upfront with an incredibly reasonable price that they not only stuck to, but lowered. They got to work and it felt like I was barely waiting five minutes before they came to grab me for an update that I really appreciated - the tires fit, The brakes are a little close to the rim but nothing to be concerned about - it won’t cause issue now or later so, the only issue is the nuts for the other rims won’t fit the other tires rims, but they have the nuts I need for very reasonable price per piece/tire. I said absolutely thank you very much go ahead, and it felt like not even another 10 minutes later they let me know they were completely finished and all good to go - winter tires were on, and they put the all season tires that I drove in with back in my car, exactly as I had brought in the winter tires that they had just put on.

Amazingly reasonable prices, so much so, I almost gave them more on my own accord because I wondered if they lost money on the parts and work they did for me.

I will Absolutely be coming here for anything I need for my car, excellent shop and people!!”
