“I bought a Whirlpool washing machine just under 5 years ago and a 5 year warranty from ABC Warehouse. The washer broke down recently and it can't be fixed. Whirlpool discontinued making it and no parts are available to fix it. The warranty allows us to get another one at no charge. However, the new ones aren't made any better so the store manager allowed us to get an LG washer for a minimal upcharge. I was expecting a battle but was treated very fairly and respectful. “Couple recent negative product experiences were handled exceptionally well by the customer service team at the Plymouth location.
One had to do with a missing custom mounting part for a medicine cabinet and the other a dented hot water heater tank.
In both cases I felt the team both offered and promptly employed reasonable/exceptional solutions.

“First time visitor. They seem to cater to pros but they took the time to help me find the parts I needed to solve a plumbing problem as a homeowner. A much better experience than trying to find what you need at Lowes or Home Depot. They also spent quite a bit of time with me to answer general questions I had about faucets even though I only spent about 7 bucks while I was there. I will be back.”
