They did a fantastic job in fixing my BMW e92 with black sapphire metallic paint. They even replaced the front carbon fiber splitter, which is an aftermarket part. The car looked absolutely perfect coming out of their shop.

“The finance manager that assisted me with my 2023 Lincoln Cosair was amazing. He and another salesperson made me feel very welcome. Hence, however, my experience dealing with the salesperson that assisted me with my purchase wasn’t favorable. He didn’t listen to me at times. I had to repeat myself over and over again. I was extremely annoyed and didn’t feel welcome. The overall dealership and customer service from the receptionist and service advisors in the back that assisted me were very kind and full of helpfulness. Would highly recommend the finance manager and his impeccable and kind demeanor to everyone else who is loolokg for a new or used Lincoln. Great selection of vehicles. Top tier indeed. Prefer them over BMW & Mercedes Benz any day. Great dealership overall.”

I brought him a minivan that was totaled on paper, and this man worked some kind of magic being the mechanic God that he is and fixed this thing up so this mama of 5 could get back on the road within A WEEK. “When I wanted to have my first C8 coated I was looking for someone who would treat the car like I would. Jack's reputation with area dealers, car clubs, and car lovers is top notch. After working with Jack on my car I can tell you he is the only guy I will ever send my cars too, and the only place for this type of work that I would recommend. He did a custom coat on my first c8 and also did the de-badging. It was flawless, you can see that car on his website. 3 Years later the ceramic was still top notch. I referred buddies to him with their cars and they were as happy as I was. I took my C8 Z06 there and jack did the works. Tint, Coat, badges, wheels, etc. Flawless. The guy really cares and gives top end service. Price is fair. Value is top end. You wont be disappointed with his work or service. Ask around, you will hear the same.”

“I needed a custom color scanned from a cabinet door off my boat. Dan at PF3 was very helpful scanning and blended a touchup paint that I needed. It took just a few minutes and I was able to walk out with the paint and hardener I needed. I will definitely use them again.”

“Absolutely the best experience I've had dealing with automobile stuff. Gerber's Northville location went above and beyond! Absolute perfection, from the quote, the regular updates, and handling the insurance claim, estimate and payment. The repair reset the car to new and they didn't quote unnecessary parts. The paint matches perfectly and the whole car looks immaculate.
Honestly, I was amazed, and you can see I only give reviews on the places I would recommend to my closest friends and family. I would recommend this shop to everyone and have confidence you'd be satisfied with the work. My damage was from hitting a deer. I filed the claim with my insurance, Gerber was on the list and so I selected them. They called me, and it was smooth sailing from there. They order parts and then call you when they're ready to go. Quickest down time! Just spectacular. This damage is on the car I bought from my earlier reviews. Its still running strong, no problems. Its nice when you can write reviews like this! “Scott and his team at Highland Road Collision did a great job repairing my truck after a collision and had me back on the road ahead of projected timeline in about a week. There was a minor wiring issue that popped up with a fog light after I got the truck back and Scott took it right back in and fixed it immediately for me and even washed the truck. Very impressed and would certainly return in the future.”

Rich was one of the best salesman that we've ever dealt with.
