“Jermain is a wonderful service advisor. He has great communication, he updates me every step of the way every time my vehicle is in service. I never have any issues, he always gives me a pleasant Varsity experience. I would recommend Jermain to everyone.”
“What a fantastic business to be aware of. Bruce and Diane, the owners were kind, friendly and very helpful. If you have a ding, scratch in your car this is the place to have it fixed.”
“My Subaru ended up at the Gerber Novi location after a different Gerber location failed to get paint work for my repairs done correctly after numerous attempts. Ryan at the Novi shop was great to work with, and made sure that my concerns with the previous paint job were addressed to my satisfaction. I would take a vehicle here again for bodywork/repairs.”
“I went in a couple days ago for the oil change on my vehicle it was done in a very timely manner. Everyone was professional and courteous, and took care of all of my questions and the needs with my truck. I highly recommend getting service done here at Varsity Lincoln In Novi on Grand River Avenue in Wixom Road.”
