“First time visitor. They seem to cater to pros but they took the time to help me find the parts I needed to solve a plumbing problem as a homeowner. A much better experience than trying to find what you need at Lowes or Home Depot. They also spent quite a bit of time with me to answer general questions I had about faucets even though I only spent about 7 bucks while I was there. I will be back.”
