The service was top-tier and they didn't waste my time. The ladies up front knew exactly where to send me, and the guy in the parts department was the real deal. He took one look at what I was trying to do and handed me a female-to-male adapter that solved the whole problem on the spot. No guessing, no 'let me check the computer'—just a guy who knows his parts.
It cost me ten bucks for the fitting and some silicone tape, and it saved me a massive amount of frustration. From now on, I'm coming here first. Good people, fair prices, and they actually know what they’re talking about.”

The staff today went above and beyond to be chatty, helpful and informative. We had some technical difficulties with the WS App and setting things up, yet the manager took their time and helped us step by step. “First time visitor. They seem to cater to pros but they took the time to help me find the parts I needed to solve a plumbing problem as a homeowner. A much better experience than trying to find what you need at Lowes or Home Depot. They also spent quite a bit of time with me to answer general questions I had about faucets even though I only spent about 7 bucks while I was there. I will be back.”

“We purchased multiple items from them multiple years ago when we were renovating and were very impressed with their customer service and the quality of the items to choose from. We have had an issue with a faucet multiple times which can be frustrating however, they have given us outstanding customer service and have been able to help us with the manufacturer’s replacement piece.
