“I spent 90 days chasing my tail with online businesses and manufacturer 'help' lines trying to find one specific part. Nothing but a headache. I finally gave up on the internet and walked in here today.
The service was top-tier and they didn't waste my time. The ladies up front knew exactly where to send me, and the guy in the parts department was the real deal. He took one look at what I was trying to do and handed me a female-to-male adapter that solved the whole problem on the spot. No guessing, no 'let me check the computer'—just a guy who knows his parts.
It cost me ten bucks for the fitting and some silicone tape, and it saved me a massive amount of frustration. From now on, I'm coming here first. Good people, fair prices, and they actually know what they’re talking about.”
