The online calculator shorted me tile, so I had to run to the Novi store last minute with contractors at my house in hopes they had a couple more boxes. I went to 3 other locations before but found the best material and quote here. From tiles to LVP to wood, hands down the best price and material. Alonzo Williams was the one who helped us and I found him amazing. He even provided some additional discount.
