We have had an issue with a faucet multiple times which can be frustrating however, they have given us outstanding customer service and have been able to help us with the manufacturer’s replacement piece. I love that I can see the knives in person before making the investment. They also do free classes there, I plan on attending some when I can.”

“My Fiancé and I visited this location today to casually browse and window shop. We ended up starting our wedding registry! The staff today went above and beyond to be chatty, helpful and informative. We had some technical difficulties with the WS App and setting things up, yet the manager took their time and helped us step by step. Everyone working this midday shift truly made our last minute trip here well worth it. We are eager to come back and see what other things we can add to our registry!

“First time visitor. They seem to cater to pros but they took the time to help me find the parts I needed to solve a plumbing problem as a homeowner. A much better experience than trying to find what you need at Lowes or Home Depot. They also spent quite a bit of time with me to answer general questions I had about faucets even though I only spent about 7 bucks while I was there. I will be back.”
