“Josh at the Novi store was AMAZING!!!!! I came in with a phone at 4% that wasn't charging AT ALL. I was so nervous and panicked because my phone is also my INSULIN PUMP and I was leaving for vacation the next day. He got my phone in a charging pad and then walked me through all my options. He was patient, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. This man absolutely deserves a raise fornhisncostomer care. I walked out with a new phone at a great price and I felt supported and cared for while I was freaking out about my phone/insulin pump situation. THANK YOU JOSH!!!!!”

I found alot of extremely great buys and got exceptional sevice from Destiny, she is a true professional and was very patient & kind she is representing Walmarts very well and shrle would be the reason why I would continue to shop at this location! Austin was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect plans and devices for my family needs. He patiently answered all the questions, explained the options in detail, and helped transfer data to the new phone creatively.
The store was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I never felt rushed or pressured by Austin into deciding. Special shoutout to Austin for his outstanding customer service – he made the 4.5 hours long process smooth and stress-free for us.

“Without getting into the details about the phone & the issues we were having - I had to be at the store for hours to take care of it (due to the phone, not the store) and they went above and beyond to fix our problem. Really, they truly had to think out of the box and be creative to solve our issue. They made sure I was taken care of, checked on my progress regularly, and were very patient & kind (shout out to Andrew, Ali, and Nate). All while the store became SUPER busy!! Also, I'm an android person and don't use Apple products. I was there with my daughter's iphone and they never once got frustrated or made me feel inept - in fact I felt pretty confident following their directions. I can see why so many people use these stores (and the store itself is very clean and has a welcoming vibe). It's great to be able to get direct, special service from knowledgable people like that. “I was having an odd experience with my phone and couldn't figure out what was going on with it. I took it to this location and Michael went through all of the usual issues, although he agreed it was odd.
It took him some time but he was finally able to pin point the issue. It was not what you would expect as the issue was odd. His persistence and patience paid off and my phone is working fine. It saved me a snarky call to AT&T. I use the phone for business so time down while it's repaired is not good. Thank you, Michael!”
