“They are great, guys! Took my vehicle in on Labor Day Weekend. They assured me they were open and had the time to inspect my vehicle. I kept hearing a weird noise on my passenger side, I really couldn't pinpoint the issue. (Wheel Barring, Ball Joint, Loose Caliper, Joint/Arm, or a bad strut/shock). They looked it over for me and gave me a thorough answer on the issue. I appreciate them taking the time to talk to me, fix the problem, educate me, and make me feel at ease. So, I didn't have to keep worrying about it and to feel safe driving my vehicle. I respect that in the vehicle industry. Just talk to me and help me understand. There was no rushing me, being an alarmist, pushing me off because they were too busy or trying to up charge me. I'll be taking my vehicle to Norm's here on out for all my vehicle needs. “I was getting ready to take off for a 2 week trip out west. And wouldn't ya know it my tire pressure light comes on. Now I had just taken it to another place, (I won't say the name but it's initials are DT) a week prior and they supposedly fixed it...As I was waiting for them to tell me I needed a whole new tire...blah blah blah.. just the opposite, they found the tiniest nail in my tire... I was talking with the lady in the office... She was nice pleasant... The whole experience was just awesome! And the price was 40$... Perfect!! I will be sure to use them again if needed and I will always refer ppl there!! Great experience!!!”
“My husband and I grub hub and doordash.... We had just realized while driving down M59 That are rear tire with losing air rapidly..... We had just put brand new tires on all four wheels less than a week ago.. The amazing part is it was 15 minutes after closing time. We pulled into the parking lot their bay doors were still open.... So while my husband handle his business with grub. I proceeded to tell the technician about our problem and how we were in the middle of an order. And about to go flat.... He quickly diagnosed the problem and rapidly fixed it and sent us on our way. Thank you so much, Gerry. You really saved our jobs tonight. And that's what customer service is all about. “This place is a good place to stop by and grab a parking lot hot dog, there be some good looking dudes I’d associate myself with in the parking lot. I mean $20 is $20 ya know what I mean. Back to the hot dogs they are of superior quality!!! They taste like something I’d eat at Costco from the sample stations. “This is the only location that I will ever go to. I have a diesel vehicle and Pep Boys is one of the only oil change facilities that carries the oil my truck takes. After having a bad experience at the Farmington location, I was reluctant to give Pep Boys another try. I called this location to inquire about setting an appointment. After finding out that I was leaving another location due to a bad experience, Noah assured me that he would have a tech available immediately. When I arrived, he greeted me by name, answered all of my questions and immediately had a tech begin working as promised. My truck was done sooner than expected and Noah even gave my 1 year old son a toy car to keep him occupied while we finished up some paperwork. All in all, most oil change places are the same, great customers service makes ALL the difference. Because of Noah, this location has a loyal customer.”
