“I’m recently widowed and of course my husband took care of the car maintenance. I stopped in because it was close to where I was and I knew it was overdue. I guarantee you that I will go out of my way to have them take care of my vehicles. So nice, informative and fast on top of it!!! I never leave reviews, but I got home and couldn’t stop thinking about what a positive experience it was. I’ve dreaded taking my car in, you know a lone woman going to a mechanic and getting screwed. Not like that AT all!! My van is going in very soon!”

“Diagnostics from other shops told us it was the transmission and wasn't worth a fix. Norm let us know the same day we dropped it off that he wanted to try his hand at rewiring a lot of the systems before counting it out. He took his time and even drove her over a couple of days to ensure she ran a couple cycles before letting us have it back. The car runs great. Thank you, Norm!”

“I can't say enough good things about this store and the staff. I needed a trailer tire and had already stopped at several stores trying to find what I needed. The salesman offered me 3 options in stock and mounted it immediately while I waited. He even rolled out the old and new tire during the install to the waiting room to show me the differences between the premium option I selected and the poor grade tire that failed.”
“Lots of room to maneuver. I had an 08:00 appointment and they came to my truck as soon as I pulled in. This is a tire warehouse and tires are hand unloaded. 3.5 hours to unload 950 tires is reasonable. Easy in and out. Nice people.”
“After getting a sudden flat tire on my way to work today, I called all around to try to find my tire and no one had one in stock including the dealership. These guys were super helpful and ordered it immediately and followed through all day and worked on getting it done for me and the same day and they were very busy today. Plus they were $130 less than the Dealership for the same tire. I would highly recommend them. The service was great.”
“These guys came in clutch! Im so happy they could help me. The holidays are so dang busy with tire sales that the call center books these guys back to back with no room for squeezing in a tire change on the weekends. As soon as they pull a car out, they pull a new one in. My tire was ordered but I couldn't make time on my schedule for an appointment yet but fate had other plans. My front tire, completely flat from a deep freeze we had, needed to be changed and these guys squeezed me in, made good on their word and did it all before close on a Sunday. I did look over the gentleman's shoulder too so I could see he had absolutely no time for me. They called me right before close and not only could they just do the 1 tire I needed but they completed my whole order. They are so good! This team deserves some good notice! Thanks guys!”
“One of the new Assistant Managers Bryce helped me today 8/10/2026 on a very busy Monday morning. I actually went to another Discount Tire first that did not want to honor the warranties I took out with the company and only covered one tire. Bryce was professional; he was courteous, gave me refreshments, my wait time was reasonable and in total today I bought three brand new tires, all with warranties through Discount Tire of Novi. In my opinion Novi is the best location and I’ve even referred my own family members to their store.”

“Hey, not all home runs are measured by size or high value costs spent to reach your personal satisfaction. So, I am a nobody, living on a fixed income. Tried to repeat a simple task of a tire change for a worthy lawn tractor. Worked for 2.5 hrs in high heat, high humidity with no success in the tire change. Boom!...I wondered if the Belle Tire guys can ring that bell in doing the job. Sean, my initial counter guy, queried me tire size, remove old to install new (I removed old), asked whether a tube was required (not, was tubeless type) and indicated the tire size was too small to use a machine for the change. This guy, Sean, is undaunted and said he has a guy to do the job freehand (old school). He also added that it would be done before the end of the current day or the next morning. We'll, thanks to the skills possessed by Tech Mike Bowman, I got a call less than an hour of the drop. This problem solving, pleasant Customer Service and timely and diligent response to inform me my job was done is the reason why my wife and I depend on Belle Tire. Kudos to the Hartland, Mi franchise team!! All of the stated greetings, situational dialog, respectful promise of results for $15 job? Treat them as you would like to be treated....the future 5 star rating they get may be yours.”
