Norm is personable and tells you what needs to be done. Willing to delay non essential repairs if your budget doesn't allow everything to be done at once. You may have to wait for repairs to be completed at times, but I usually drop off for repairs estimate and then bring the vehicle in when his schedule is not overwhelming and the repairs are usually completed in one day!”
