“We were vacationing north of Newberry. My daughter hit a rut on one of the logging trails and broke the pully off of the power steering pump. I called Renze Ford of Newberry. They were booked up and could not fit us in for the repair. But, they got the part for me next day. Gave me a list of shops to see if they could help me. One of those shops took care of me. Thank You! On a side note. The employee morale was great. The manager does a great job for customers and fellow employees. I think her name is Shery or Sharon. Thank you!”

“Wow...what great service. We were in a pinch and Neal's Trucks save the day.One of our service vans had loud grinding while we were travelling across the UP late on a Friday. Pretty much in the middle of nowhere with a scaring sound that may leave us in the middle of nowhere. But Neals took the vehicle in and fixed it within no time. Thanks Jennifer and team at Neals.”

“Helped some tourist “trolls” in a really bad spot. We didn’t have an appointment and they were super busy; yet they still got my family back on the road within hours to continue our vacation. We are super appreciative. Thanks to Aerianna and Brian and the hard working mechanic whose name escapes me. (Sorry!) Great customer service and kind attitudes.”

“Can’t say enough positive things about our experience at Auto Value. We had a belt fail while in town and went to the store a couple hours before they opened. We thought we had enough time to clean and organize our hunting gear given the posted store hours but we were wrong. The store manager happened to be having breakfast across the street and came over to check on us, let us in, identified the correct belt and we were back on the road in no time.”

“Ken was awesome. He was the only auto shop in town with the parts I needed. I walked in and walked out two minutes later with the parts in hand. Thank you S & J!”

“Great service, love the staff, bought a used Chevy Blazer, and we already had to get rid of it :( now we are upside down on a Jeep from a different dealership .. I don't blame this dealership other than not being transparent about the issues of Chevy engines these days, burning oil.. we were willing to deal with it.. then it started leaking oil ... for a 3 year old car with WAY under 100k miles . this shouldn't be a thing. I blame the manufacturer, and I get it, if you told your customers that burning oil was normal, no one would buy it. Thanks to the great staff here! sorry you are in a position that many dealerships are in these days.”
