“We were vacationing north of Newberry. My daughter hit a rut on one of the logging trails and broke the pully off of the power steering pump. The shop was booked but the owner managed to fit us in. Thank You! When I went to pick up the Van, the plastic piece under the front bumper, that I removed while troubleshooting, was still off. I asked if they could put it on for me. The woman in the office pleasantly said they could. I did not consider it to be above and beyond the job, but I thought I would tip the guy $20 for taking care it. I like to tip. Unfortunately, because of all the swearing and complaining this young employee did while almost refusing to take care of it, I was unable to give him the $20 with such a bad attitude. Still a 5 star review for the rest of the team.”

“Got a hole in a tire in the midst of a long road trip. Walked into Bodi's and in under 15 minutes for $15 had my tire patched and fully functional again. Fantastically fast service!”

“Our experience with Great Lakes Truck Service & Towing was excellent. Calling for a tow is never how you want to spend to first day of your vacation but they were great. John picked up our truck, diagnosed quickly, and even delivering it back to us at the campground. Thank you for exceptional service.”

“We were vacationing north of Newberry. My daughter hit a rut on one of the logging trails and broke the pully off of the power steering pump. I called Renze Ford of Newberry. They were booked up and could not fit us in for the repair. But, they got the part for me next day. Gave me a list of shops to see if they could help me. One of those shops took care of me. Thank You! On a side note. The employee morale was great. The manager does a great job for customers and fellow employees. I think her name is Shery or Sharon. Thank you!”

“Great service, love the staff, bought a used Chevy Blazer, and we already had to get rid of it :( now we are upside down on a Jeep from a different dealership .. I don't blame this dealership other than not being transparent about the issues of Chevy engines these days, burning oil.. we were willing to deal with it.. then it started leaking oil ... for a 3 year old car with WAY under 100k miles . this shouldn't be a thing. I blame the manufacturer, and I get it, if you told your customers that burning oil was normal, no one would buy it. Thanks to the great staff here! sorry you are in a position that many dealerships are in these days.”

“Had a fuel filter problem and Todd did a great job getting me in first thing Monday morning. Then the technician Steve Fair did a great job in 45 minutes. Once again, one star goes to the corporate online system to make appointments since Newberry did not have any record of that effort. And the online chat bot is just as bad. I’ve been to a dozen, GMC’s and none of them have the online appointment information.”

“Ken was awesome. He was the only auto shop in town with the parts I needed. I walked in and walked out two minutes later with the parts in hand. Thank you S & J!”
