“Drove up there today from the TOLEDO area, so glad we did. Quality of their outdoor patio furniture and umbrellas is far beyond anything we’ve seen anywhere else. Stephanie, the sales girl helped us. She was absolutely awesome and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outdoor furniture.. definitely worth the 40 minute drive kind of odd when you follow maps and it leads to a gravel road and you think nothing could be down that road. But lo and behold their warehouse was on the left-hand side and I am so glad we went..I would like to add an update. When we opened up our umbrella, the protective cover you would use at night or when you’re not using the umbrella was ripped. We called Stephanie today and asked if they had one to exchange it with. Instead of making us drive 40 minutes she is going to send us a new one, and she’s actually going to send us one better than the one that came with the umbrella. This place is awesome. Definitely a must see for anybody looking for outdoor furniture. I cannot recommend this place enough. Stephanie you r awesome!”

“We just got a new dryer delivered today and we're so thankful that our delivery tech actually ran the dryer to ensure it worked properly. It had an issue (a rattling noise) so he immediately got to figuring out the what and why and is repairing it now! Very good service and the payments are very affordable!”

“To whom it may concern : I am writing to figure out a solution for many across the USA that I have found has the same issues : ( 1 ) We as a group that the Company has used unethical tactics borderline "Bait N Switch" in person at their store , selling "Leather" Furniture and the customers receive not even a quality "Vinyl" product . The issue is that everyone of us have the same story and the furniture Leather is not leather and peels apart , I have had Vinyl in a car that has lasted 40 plus years , these chairs lasted 1 year or less , La-Z-Boy would do nothing ! (2) When confronted always is the answer customers fault out of Warranty, no remedy offered ,as some of us paid additional warranty paid at time of purchase , all of the group feels they were lied to and we all bought from past Market Brand Name recognition and Quality (3) We will seek a Nation Wide Arbitration and the remedy of all Furniture to be replaced and additional compensation to be determined by the committee for the grief and in some cases a direct loss, a Public Apology for causing this despair for capital gains on the Corporations part in the matter , with a arbitration panel of peers .”
