“This new store, north of Niles on the corner of Old Walton Road and Old U.S. 31, is right on the way to the golf course, which I visit daily (weather pending), making it the perfect place to pick up water and snacks for the course. The ladies working there have been courteous and pleasant and have put up admirably with my shopping "like a guy" techniques and accompanying endless chatter. I'll be a regular during golf weather. The store itself is clean and well-organized. All in all, an excellent shopping experience.”

“I'm from South Bend, IN and stopped at this Walmart. Best Walmart I've been to. The staff and customers were friendly and went out of their to help us. I was so caught off guard because I'm so used to the opposite and hateful attitudes in my town. This definitely cemented my choice to move into Michigan. Such nice people.”
“I love Martin's pharmacy in Niles, they always go out their way to help you or answer your questions. They explain things well. They remember your name and who your family members are. I just love this pharmacy.”
“I love the store and all of the employees are amazing other than 1 and her name is Briana(may be with 2 n's), she works customer service(returns, etc), she's typically very rude and gives off a pretty negative energy, she always has a snotty look on her face, even when being polite to her and be humorous, she's snotty. I can't believe she has worked there this long and is allowed to work the customer service desk. I am not the only person who has had this experience with her as, several people have told me she has been rude.
I mean, I understand that people have bad days but, you're at your job and you job doesn't entail bringing your problems to work and wearing them on your sleeve because, it is not the customers problem or responsibility to deal with you not being able to control your emotions and bitterness.
I've personally had 6-7 encounters with her this year and not a single one has been pleasant.”
