“Absolutely the best experience I've had dealing with automobile stuff. Gerber's Northville location went above and beyond! Absolute perfection, from the quote, the regular updates, and handling the insurance claim, estimate and payment. The repair reset the car to new and they didn't quote unnecessary parts. The paint matches perfectly and the whole car looks immaculate.
Honestly, I was amazed, and you can see I only give reviews on the places I would recommend to my closest friends and family. I would recommend this shop to everyone and have confidence you'd be satisfied with the work. My damage was from hitting a deer. I filed the claim with my insurance, Gerber was on the list and so I selected them. They called me, and it was smooth sailing from there. They order parts and then call you when they're ready to go.
