“I am writing this review regarding something that did not get fixed rather than something that did get fixed. I brought my daughter's car into the shop due to a loud scraping noise coming from the rear of the car. I assumed it was the rear brakes, and a visual inspection confirmed that the brakes needed to be replaced and should fix the scraping sound. After the brakes were replaced, I received a call from Alex stating that after driving the car, the scraping noise was still present. One of the technicians tried replacing the fluid in the rear axle, and that didn't fix it either. The diagnosis was a bad rear differential, a service that Sovel's does not offer. Alex apologized for not being able to get the issue resolved and included the brake repair for free! What an incredibly kind gesture, to say the least. That was my first visit to Sovel's, but it won't be the last. They now have a client for life. Thank you!”

“I took my Kia Rio in for an oil change and tire rotation. While inspecting my vehicle, the technician noted that both my engine and cabin air filters were quite clogged. Scott called to let me know that they recommended replacing both filters. They completed that along with the oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. All work was completed in less than 1 1/2 hours. They sent me photos of the old filters. The pricing is very fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again.”

Abe and Ali amazing service, they explain everything in detail, they show you the part to be change, they look for ways to benefit both parties in terms of labor and price. As a female this places sometimes makes me feel overwhelmed, not this place. Definitely would and will recommend this place.”
“I stopped at Uncle Ed’s in Livonia , spontaneously, as I had been procrastinating having the oil changed on my Jeep Wrangler. I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service that was provided to me . I also had the air filters changed out as they were filthy upon inspection.
