We had delays and other issues through the cargo service but Quick Send Delivery was understanding and quickly adjusted to the new times without charging us any fees. We will definitely use them again after the quality of service and no hidden or additional fees. “Over the years I have had many many cases of wine shipped to this FedEx store and held for pick-up due to the close proximity to my house. The wine has always arrived safe and I have gotten text notifications to advise me when they are available for pickup which is a nice feature of the FedEx system. The thing I have always noted about this location is the friendly attitude at the pick up counter, which is much appreciated especially when you consider it is usually woman that are hauling my heavy boxes of wine from the back with never a complaint. The smiles I get and occasional friendly banter on where is the party is most commendable considering they are moving boxes around all day long and many of them heavy like mine. Aside from the obvious shipping business this location also has workstations, printing services, faxing, stationary and presentation materials for sale at this location. These other services are sometimes overlooked as they are not the first thing to come to mind when you think FedEx.....”

“I visited this location on December 20th and yes there was a line. If you expect there to not be a line to ship packages during the holidays, you're an idiot. Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly in shipping out my 3 packages. There were a lot of people waiting but he gave me his full attention and made sure that all of my packages were going to fit into the right size boxes. He double checked my addresses and phone numbers and made sure I had all my tracking information before I left. All of the other employees were also working super diligently, either helping other customers or taking phone calls. There was even an employee from a different location helping out. This crew is outstanding and I can sing their praises enough.”
