“The manager, Steve, provided excellent customer service. He informed me that what we needed had to be done at a different UPS Store, and he forwarded the requirements to the other store for us. He had our products returned to his store so we could pick up our items where we had dropped them off. He worked with me to make sure that what we needed was what we actually got. “Not only did they print my label for free, but they offered to take my mail and send it out with theirs for USPS. They went above and beyond any service at the post office had came close to the gentleman working in the morning shift of October 6 were excellent!”
