“Today I walked in and was greeted by Miriam. (Hope I'm spelling her name correctly) I cannot express enough, how much I appreciate her knowledge. It is very difficult for me to find good shoes that work well for me. She listened to what I was looking for in a shoe. She observed me and the issues my feet presented. She made some great suggestions, but unfortunately I did not purchase from fleet feet because none of their stores in the area had what I needed based upon my time constraints. In a world where customer service does not seem to exist anymore, it is so refreshing to work with someone like Miriam, who is customer focused and truly wants what is best for the individuals needs and is not just there to make a sale. Miriam, Thank you so very much for being you. Fleet feet, take care of her, she is a major asset to your business as she provides superior customer service. Thank again!”

“Had to come in for a hat reshaping and Erin did a fabulous job! Cleaned and shaped the hat like it was the day I bought it. I unfortunately left it on my dash and the sides went flat. They explained the best way to keep its shape and to prevent future folding. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here and seeing what they have in store or a hat repair if needed.”

“By far my favorite store! Quality of the clothing is top-notch, and the service is impeccable. Gigi’s Mode is my first stop whenever I am in need of an outfit! Choosing clothes or accessories is not my forte, but the owners are so helpful and have a great eye. And — they will be honest if something does not flatter or suit you, which I really appreciate.
I recently bought dresses for an out-of-town wedding and rehearsal dinner… I got stopped and complemented on my outfits SO many times. I’ve never received so many compliments on an outfit! “Ok so today my sister and I were shopping to buy my mom shoes and accessories for her surprise birthday party and James went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us find the proper shoes, even looking at the outfit we had in our bad, he went to the back to find all the items we wanted in brand new wrapping and he was patient, kind, and everything you would want someone to be while you’re shopping for a special occasion. I will definitely be shopping at ALDO with James more and more because he’s special and this company should be lucky to have him. We bought shoes, a purse, and sunglasses! Thank you James for helping our mom look like the angel that she is! :)”
“Getting new work boots had always been a struggle for me until I found this store. I wear a size that is not often stocked well, if at all. I have been to this Red Wing location three times and bought two pairs of work boots here so far. My first pair here was last July and this was my first pair of Red Wings in general. The lady associate I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful with sizing and insoles, while also listening to what my needs were as a mechanic. She was also very attentive to sticking with the style of boot I was looking for at the time. We ordered my boots and they arrived in a week or less. Great experience and I wish I had her name for a shout out! Went back two weeks ago very close to closing time just for some ideas, as I was due for a new pair. I worked with Julien who let me try on the boots I had looked at online and offered great insight on a heavier duty boot, as well as products that would help me get a longer lifespan out of them this time. Even close to closing time, I experienced good customer service. Went back today after a poor experience at Boot Barn. I shouldn't have even bothered to stop there. Julien remembered my name, size, the last boots I bought, and the ones I looked at two weeks ago! He is very knowledgeable about the products and offers great suggestions, while still listening to your preferences. I walked out of there knowing I ordered a great quality boot with outstanding customer service. I plan to do the Tuff Toe and boot oil application when I go back to pick them up. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of service here. I am willing to pass several other stores and pay a little extra money to have exceptional service and a quality product made in the US. Keep up the good work!”

“I had a great experience today at journeys 12 oaks. Alexus greeted me as soon as I walked in the door which is rare lately. I was offered help right away. She assisted me in sizing shoes for my two year old as well as myself. Even helped me gather my son’s water bottle from under the rack he threw it. Just above and beyond. Lately my shopping experiences have been lack luster and anything but positive but I have to say today I was so pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. Miles also offered assistance when I found another shoe while Alexus was already grabbing me one. 10/10 recommend shopping here!”

He went above and beyond to help us out for a Christmas present. The lady was even from Tennessee filling in up in Michigan on a cold dreary weekend.
