“I needed a rental car while my car was in the shop. All they had was a Jeep Wagoneer. That's a huge vehicle, and I'm a small person. They said to call on Friday since they had cars coming back. I did, and they had something more suitable for me. I took the tank back, and they exchanged it for a midsized SUV. I was most appreciative.”
“I've worked with this location a couple of times, and service has always been great. A couple months ago, I rented a car online, was able to pick from the lot based on my requirements, and was very happy with the car. I was going to use it for a long trip for my son's hockey team, but due to an injury, we ended up not being able to make the trip. Tony had texted me for a routine check-in and when I explained the situation, he said they would shorten my rental agreement with no problem. I returned the car the next day and worked with Mike who was incredibly helpful as well. Will definitely use this location again.”

“I was dropped off an hour earlier and expected to wait for my car. Staff processed my electronic paperwork and I was off in my rental car in 20 minutes. Great upgraded full sized car too. Very gas efficient. When I returned the car, staff was friendly and quick to check it out. Great car for a couple of days and great experience. Btw, I took pictures of the car before and after.. just in case an issue came up. No problems though. I have rented from this location before and they are 4/4 great.”

“This location in Farmington was a phenomenal experience. It was professional and quick. I had horrible experiences prior to this one at the location on telegraph in Southfield and also the location in ferndale. The manager , a black woman that sat in the office at that location was rude, condescending, and found a problem for every solution. She needs to be retrained. On the other hand the black gentleman at the Farmington location that worked on 9/12/25 was amazing.”

Going , and you'll have to wait a little bit Because everybody jumps in front of everybody They go by qr code You need to scan it And check in Once your name is called Have your I d and form of payment. Mr sing was Is courteous respectful And at tentative. Everybody walks in expecting to be served right away that's not how things work. Be courteous Add patient And before you know what you'll be out of there”
