Enterprise - Novi, MI office is an incredible team when it comes to service. Though inventory may not be as robust as the airport but their service is far superior. They are always available if you call the office after you leave with a concern.

Unfortunately NO ONE ANSWERES THE PHONE. I am not sure how they stay in business when no one answeres the phone. people who need a rental car unfortunately need to talk to someone for picking up a car and dropping off..
