  This is the third time this year I have gone to the Kroger Branch on Grand River in Novi and the ATM was out of cash. The funny part is there were three investment people there doing absolutely nothing. I will definitely start the process of changing banks.

  We made a cash deposit to a savings account and provided the same account for a transaction. The cash payment never got reflected on the savings account and the account is showing negative balance while I have a deposit slip issued by the branch - this is absolutely a joke

  Poor customer service received from manager Chris. Definitely do not recommend this branch in particular and I genuinely feel sorry for the other staff & customers that have to deal with his poor character. They deserve better.
