Thomas is absolutely amazing, he helped me find the right size shoe I needed, even let me in on a small secret product coming in soon and let me try a few different pairs of shoes on. Super attentive, and so beyond kind! Will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff every time I go in the store or call! They try to accommodate me with whatever problem I may have and I appreciate it!! Some retail stores won’t with the amount of money you spend.

This store has AMAZING customer service! I really did not want to write a review so I can gatekeep this awesome store! I have never visited this location in person Savannah is so responsive and respectful. And somehow they ALWAYS come through for me! Keep up the great work! And thank goodness for pay by links! 😅🤣
